Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Custom-made products require an additional 2–3 business days for production before shipment

Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders across Pakistan.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer 20% advance payment and 80% Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across Pakistan.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
